8 May Bo Patten Appointed CEO of Maryland REALTORS® Following Nationwide Search by Jacky Mueck News 0 0 Comment 86 Following a comprehensive national search, the Maryland REALTORS® Board of Directors has named Bo Patten as its next Chief Executive Officer. Patten was recommended by the association’s search committee, which engaged the Phipps/Malta group to consult on the search. Patten will officially assume the role on July 1, 2026. Bo Patten brings extensive REALTOR® association leadership and advocacy experience to Maryland REALTORS®, the state’s largest professional trade association representing more than 28,000 REALTORS® across Maryland. A Tennessee native, Patten most recently served as CEO of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS®, located just south of Nashville. Prior to that role, he served as Vice President of Government Affairs for the Long Island Board of REALTORS®, one of the nation’s largest local REALTOR® associations. Earlier in his career, Patten was also a licensed REALTOR®, giving him firsthand understanding of the profession and the challenges facing today’s real estate industry. Patten succeeds Chuck Kasky, who is retiring after 21 years of service to Maryland REALTORS®. Kasky served as CEO for the past 11 years after previously founding and leading the association’s Legal Department for a decade. “Chuck’s leadership helped transform Maryland REALTORS® into one of the most respected and forward-thinking state REALTOR® associations in the country,” said Denise Lewis, 2026 President of Maryland REALTORS®. “As we look forward to the future, we are excited to welcome Bo Patten as our next CEO.
