Americans over age 50 make up the country’s second largest group of buyers and sellers in almost every market. Earning your SRES® (Senior Real Estate Specialist®) will equip you the skills needed to work with this expanding market.
This designation is earned through 2 full days of classes with an NAR® certified instructor, armed with the knowledge and experience to help you navigate the unique aging market. This designation also signals to clients that you take their needs and desires seriously, and that you are a trusted REALTOR® with expertise and resources needed to cater to their needs.
The SRES® Designation also counts as an approved elective to complete your ABR® and SRS Designations.

Registration has closed for the class scheduled for June 1 and 3 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for the Senior Real Estate Specialist® Designation.
Registrants can attend either via Zoom or in our classroom at Maryland REALTORS®, 200 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis, Maryland.
