Commercial Agency CE

Commercial Agency (Topic "H", 3 Hours) is a required course for all commercially licensed agents.  Topics include agency relationships, agent's duties, sub-agency, and dual agency. 

This class is held online and runs from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM on February 25th, 2027. Registration costs $25 for members and $60 for non-members. Members must sign in to register.

Online CE Policies

 You must have a camera, the camera MUST be on, and you must be in full face view at all times. All sessions will be recorded as required by the Maryland Real Estate Commission. A desktop or laptop is recommended and you should be in a learning environment away from distractions for the best possible learning experience.
