As Maryland’s largest trade association, we have tremendous influence on legislative and regulatory matters impacting the real estate industry. We work to ensure that the REALTOR® voice is heard loud and clear before the General Assembly, the Maryland Real Estate Commission, and other governmental agencies.
Our primary mission is to champion efforts that expand homeownership opportunities, promote REALTOR® business interests, and protect the right to buy, sell, and own real property throughout the state. We also advocate for consumers – Maryland’s current and future homeowners, buyers, sellers, property managers and commercial owners – on matters that would impact property ownership.
Leveraging the strength of our Advocacy networks and grassroots member network, we protect and strengthen our profession and build inclusive, sustainable, and prosperous communities for Maryland.
