The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification is specifically designed to enhance your skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.

Accurate pricing is a skill that any REALTOR® needs to be an expert on. Earning your PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor Certificate) will unlock a world of resources and knowledge for you to be the most effective and most accurate agent you can be for your clients.
This certification is earned through a full day of classes with an NAR® certified instructor, armed with the knowledge and experience to help you understand Comparative Market Analysis, ethical considerations, and flexibility when it comes to pricing.

This class is offered HYBRID on December 2nd and VIRTUAL on December 4th.
Students must attend BOTH days to earn designation.

The PSA Designation is only achievable by NAR REALTORS® members.
Please come prepared to take notes. Each instructor has a different method of teaching, and no instructor will have 100% of the information that they verbally express on a handout/slide/etc.
A Student Manual will be sent to you via email the day prior to each class. If you would like a printed copy, you must print the materials. Maryland REALTORS® is providing electronic copies only, and no hard copies will be available.
If you choose to attend virtually, you must have a camera on your device, and we encourage you to have it turned on at all times during the sessions, to facilitate communication and engagement. You should be in a learning environment away from distractions for the best possible learning experience. Maryland REALTORS® is not responsible for any technology/internet issues you may encounter.

All cancellation requests must be in writing and sent to education@mdrealtor.org. No refunds will be given for cancellations made the day of or after the module. Requests for refunds due to extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis and must be received within 3 days of the course date.
