Chris Hill

President

Chris Hill has been serving in the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. real estate industry for over 30 years. After working in the home building business for over 20 of those years, Chris earned his Real Estate License in 2009.

In October 2024, Chris took over as President of Maryland REALTORS®. His previous leadership roles at Maryland REALTORS® was as President-Elect in 2023 and Secretary in 2022.

Over the years, Chris has seen the value of being involved in the local associations and helped to drive a member focus for his local association, The Southern Maryland Association of Realtors®(SMAR). Chris has been active at SMAR on the board and in committees for the last 10 years. Chris remains involved on the local level, maintaining an active involvement with government affairs, and is a past president of SMAR.

Chris is also a 2018 Graduate of Maryland Leadership Academy. He has been involved with several committees at Maryland Realtors® and continues to serve on their Legislative and Public Policy Committees.

Chris is a major investor in RPAC and believes that supporting RPAC is a huge part of bringing value to our members. He is passionate about Legislative Advocacy, as well as forging a member-centric association that encourages everyone to participate.

Chris has been a Realtor® at Century 21 New Millennium in California, MD, since first earning his license in 2009. Over the years as a practitioner, he has received numerous awards for his production and is currently a team leader of 10 members that are continually producing at a high level in Southern Maryland.

Cheryl Abrams Davis

President Elect

Cheryl Abrams Davis is a native Washingtonian with a degree in business from Trinity University, Washington DC, and a 2011 graduate of the Maryland Realtors' Leadership Academy. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she worked for 15 years in the Human Resources industry for several international law firms in Washington DC. She is currently an Associate Broker, Partner and Office Manager for Re/Max United Real Estate in Upper Marlboro, MD where she manages approximately 70 licensees.

Mrs. Abrams Davis has maintained her position as a top producer in her marketplace and she has held a spot on the Maryland Re/Max top 100 agent list for the past several years. She also holds the C2EX, GRI, CRS/RRC, CDPE and CIAS designations and has helped hundreds of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants with real estate transactions for the past 20 years nearing 200M in cumulative career sales as of today. She currently holds the position of President-Elect at Maryland Realtors and is finishing her role as Treasurer at BrightMLS at the end of the year. She has contributed to several Forbes Real Estate Council articles and received many accolades, awards and recognition on county and state levels from her affiliated Associations to include induction into the NAR and Maryland Realtors RPAC Hall of Fame, Re/Max International Lifetime Achievement Award, Tom Ferry/Real Trends top 1.5% agent in America (2022), Five Star Professional (2017 to 2023), DC Metro Real Producers Legend (2022), and Rate My Agent County and top 10 MD state winner (2022), to name a few.

Her past and present dedication and service to the real estate industry through volunteerism on committees and boards of directors at her local, state and national real estate Associations, community HOA and community service through the Children’s Miracle Network and Salvation Army Angel program have shown that she has a heart to serve.

Cheryl currently resides in Prince George’s County Maryland with her husband, a 24 year Air Force veteran. They have a blended family of 5 children and 2 grandchildren. Cheryl has a penchant for culinary arts, live music, holistic self-care, and world travel.

Denise Lewis

Secretary

With over two decades of commitment to the real estate industry in Maryland and Pennsylvania, Denise Lewis stands as a respected figure, leaving a mark on both the local community and the broader professional landscape.

Denise's journey in real estate began more than 20 years ago. She has been an active participant, contributing significantly to the industry's growth. Denise's dedication to her craft extends to the local, state, and national levels.

In 2016, Denise took on the role of Local Board President, showcasing her leadership. Denise has been the proud recipient of the Rookie Realtor Award, Community Service Award, and Realtor of the Year from her local board and industry peers.

Denise believes in Advocacy, serving as an RPAC Trustee and a member of the President's Circle, previously serving on the NAR Participation Council and NAR Small Broker Panel

Her commitment to ongoing education is evident through her graduation from the State Leadership Academy. She currently serves as the State Association Secretary, as well as on the statewide forms and legislative committees, where her insights and advocacy skills shine.

In 2017, Denise took a bold step by opening Brook-Owen Real Estate, a venture fueled by her passion for educating and advocating for clients. Her role extends beyond the transactional aspects of real estate, aiming to empower and enlighten those she serves.

Denise's influence isn't confined to the real estate realm. Actively involved in the community, she serves as the Board Chair for the Boys and Girls Club of Carroll County, demonstrating her commitment to the welfare of the youth. Additionally, her role as a Board Member of the Carroll Community College Foundation underscores her dedication to educational initiatives.

Chris Jett

Treasurer

Chris, a Maryland native, has been providing real estate services for over 30 years in different areas around the state. Chris has had a love of the real estate business and helping people from an early age, and it shows in his dedication and passion for his clients and the industry. Chris grew up in the Baltimore area, but currently lives and works in Ocean City with his wife and four kids, where he is one of the top-producing agents in the marketplace. When he is not working, Chris enjoys boating, beach activities and sports.

Since moving to the beach in 2003, Chris has served and continues to serve on many committees both at the local and state level. In 2011 Chris served as president of the Coastal Association of Realtors. He has served on the state executive committee and continues to serve on the state finance committee. Chris is a strong advocate for the real estate industry, a regular RPAC supporter and member of the government affairs committee.

Chris also likes to volunteer his time outside of real estate. He is currently the treasurer for Habitat for Humanity of Worcester County, sits on the finance council for his church, is an active member of the Ocean City chamber of commerce, and is president of his homeowners association.

Licensed in Maryland and Delaware Chris provides a wealth of knowledge and experience to guide his clients, both buyers and sellers, with all their real estate needs.

Yolanda Muckle

Immediate Past President

Yolanda Muckle is an award-winning, top-producing REALTOR® for Long and Foster Real Estate, working in the company’s Largo, Md., office. She began her real estate career in 2003 after spending 20 years in radio and television advertising sales as an account executive. Shortly after devoting her full attention to real estate in 2006, she consistently ranked among the brokerage’s top producers in their Southern Maryland region including eight consecutive years as the top producer within her office. Yolanda entered the officer ranks of the Prince George’s County Association of REALTORS® as Secretary in 2018 and completed a one-year term as PGCAR Board President in 2020. She entered statewide leadership, becoming Secretary for Maryland REALTORS® in 2020. In 2023, Yolanda now serves as President of the state’s largest trade association, serving more than 30,000 REALTORS® statewide.

Chuck Kasky , Esq.

Chief Executive Officer

Charles A. Kasky, Esq. RCE, C2EX, AHWD, e-PRO, is CEO of Maryland REALTORS®, the largest professional trade association in Maryland. Prior to becoming CEO, Chuck was the Association’s Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs.

As CEO, in addition to overseeing the Association’s operations, he works closely with volunteer leadership to develop and implement policies and initiatives to promote the real estate industry and private property rights. Under his leadership, the Association’s primary focus has continued to be representing member interests before the legislature and advocating REALTOR® professionalism with members and the public.

Prior to joining Maryland REALTORS®, Chuck practiced law, was Counsel to several Committees of the General Assembly, and was Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for Howard County. He earned the REALTOR® Certified Executive Designation from NAR in September 2010.
