Denise's journey in real estate began more than 20 years ago. She has been an active participant, contributing significantly to the industry's growth. Denise's dedication to her craft extends to the local, state, and national levels.
In 2016, Denise took on the role of Local Board President, showcasing her leadership. Denise has been the proud recipient of the Rookie Realtor Award, Community Service Award, and Realtor of the Year from her local board and industry peers.
Denise believes in Advocacy, serving as an RPAC Trustee and a member of the President's Circle, previously serving on the NAR Participation Council and NAR Small Broker Panel
Her commitment to ongoing education is evident through her graduation from the State Leadership Academy. She currently serves as the State Association Secretary, as well as on the statewide forms and legislative committees, where her insights and advocacy skills shine.
In 2017, Denise took a bold step by opening Brook-Owen Real Estate, a venture fueled by her passion for educating and advocating for clients. Her role extends beyond the transactional aspects of real estate, aiming to empower and enlighten those she serves.
Denise's influence isn't confined to the real estate realm. Actively involved in the community, she serves as the Board Chair for the Boys and Girls Club of Carroll County, demonstrating her commitment to the welfare of the youth. Additionally, her role as a Board Member of the Carroll Community College Foundation underscores her dedication to educational initiatives.
