Module 204 A and B cover the proper ethical conduct of licensees in dealing with the public and other licensees. Alternative methods of dispute resolution and the arbitration process will be discussed as it interacts with REALTOR® procedures and practices. Meets NAR membership ethics training requirement (not applicable to MDREC requirements). Must attend full day in order to receive credit.
