Classes are held online and run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. You must have a camera, the camera MUST be on, and you must be in full face view at all times. All sessions will be recorded as required by the Maryland Real Estate Commission. A desktop or laptop is recommended and you should be in a learning environment away from distractions for the best possible learning experience. Maryland REALTORS® is not responsible for any technology/internet issues you may encounter. Be sure to have a financial calculator. Calculator must have Present Value, Number, Interest, Payment, Future Value functions. Recommended calculators 12C and HP10BII.
Once you register, additional information, materials, and a link to the meeting will be emailed to you prior to the event.
Please Note: The dates below are correct, courses may not be offered in order. If any dates change, all registrants will be notified immediately.
The GRI Designation is only achievable by MARYLAND REALTORS®. Non-members may take the classes, but will be unable to gain the designation.
All cancellation requests must be in writing and sent to gri@mdrealtor.org. No refunds will be given for cancellations made the day of or after the module. Requests for refunds due to extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis and must be received within 3 days of the course date.
Please come prepared to take notes. Each instructor has a different method of teaching, and no instructor will have 100% of the information that they verbally express on a handout/slide/etc.
Be prepared to follow all rules set by the Maryland Real Estate Commission and policies set by Maryland REALTORS®.
