Annual Conference

October 20th-23rd, 2025 | Ocean City, Maryland

Our annual conference has a multitude of sponsorship opportunities or sponsors to choose from. With some opportunities changing year-to-year based on theme, many are staples of the conference. For example:

Once your sponsorship agreement has been submitted and approved, you will be emailed a link to be able to pay by card. 

All 2025 sponsorship agreements must be submitted by September 30, 2025.

Magazine Ads

Our bi-monthly magazine is sent out to over 28,000 members statewide and is a great way to connect with them through our physical and digital editions. We offer the chance to have full page, half page, or quarter page ads alongside essential REALTOR® information and updates. For maximum impact, a series of ads is recommended and comes at a discounted price when bought together.

Email Ads

The Maryland REALTOR® Report is our member-focused e-newsletter. Published on the first and third Thursday of every month, the Maryland REALTOR® Report provides actionable news to our members. Webinars, educational events, the latest videos, important downloads—it’s all at our member’s fingertips with every issue of the Maryland REALTOR® Report.

Retargeting Ads

A Retargeting Ad is an ad that is displayed on your screen while you’re browsing the web. We do not sell our user information to advertisers, but instead interested advertisers give us their message and materials, and we then bring it to our members. This way, we protect members' privacy while giving you the opportunity to show off your services or unique messages for Maryland REALTOR® members.

Retargeting ads allows flexibility in where your ads can show up without requiring anyone’s data to be shared. Meaning you can highlight special offers or new services straight to our membership, no pop-ups needed. You also able to get a clear picture of how their ads are doing, with live reporting of how many ads have been served and how many clicks they’ve generated.
