Our annual conference has a multitude of sponsorship opportunities or sponsors to choose from, with opportunities starting at $1,000.

Once your sponsorship agreement has been submitted and approved, you will be emailed a link to be able to pay by card. 

All 2025 sponsorship agreements must be submitted by September 30, 2025.

Exhibitor Information

Our island-style layout was a big hit last year with both exhibitors and attendees, and we're looking forward to another incredible exhibit hall in 2025 with a nautical-style layout. 

All booths are first come, first served. We will do our best to assign each exhibitor to their preferred booth based on availability. Check below for up-to-date availability of booths below; exhibit hall space sold out last year, reserve your booth today!

2025 Exhibit Booth Prices Are as Follows:

  • 10 x 10 Booth: $550
  • 10 x 20 Booth: $750
  • 20 x 20 Booth: $1,050

Note: Double booths can only be oriented horizontally (according to floorplan), for example 100 can be paired with 102, but not 201.
