Ethics Complaint

Members of the public (or other REALTORS®) who feel they have been treated unfairly by a REALTOR® can use the professional standards process to seek satisfaction.

Request for Arbitration

Arbitration is an alternative dispute resolution program that is offered as a service to REALTOR® members which provides a forum for resolving business disputes in lieu of litigation.

Mediation

Mediation is a process in which disputing parties attempt to resolve their disagreements with the help of an impartial, trained neutral third party... the mediator.

Ombudsman

Ombuds Procedures are intended to provide enhanced communications and initial problem-solving capacity to the professional standards process.
