The Housing Opportunity Certification is only available to Maryland REALTORS®.
Classes are hybrid (online and in-person at the same time) and run from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM for all four classes required for this certification.
Once you register, additional information, materials, and a link to the meeting will be emailed to you prior to the class.

9:00 - 10:30 AM State and Local Programs (Course #1088-1604, Category F, 1.5 hours)
10:45 - 12:15 PM Federal Programs and National Initiatives (Course #1087-1604, Category F, 1.5 hours)
12:15 - 1:00 PM Break for lunch (lunch provided for in-person attendees)
1:00 - 2:30 PM Maryland Mortgage Program & Maryland Homecredit Program (Course #1085-1604, Category F, 1.5 hours)
2:45 - 4:15 PM Understanding Credit (Course #1086-1604, Category F, 1.5 hours)
The State and Local Programs class and the Understanding Credit class will both have online instructors. The Federal and National and Maryland Mortgage Program classes will have in-person instructors. All classes can be attended online or in-person.

Class will be held at the Maryland REALTORS® offices in Annapolis in room 107.

Lunch will be provided for in-person attendees.
Virtual Attendance Policies
You must have a camera, the camera MUST be on, and you must be in full face view at all times. All sessions will be recorded as required by the Maryland Real Estate Commission.
