Class runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. with an exam immediately following the session. A photo ID will be required to enter the meeting. You must have a camera on your device, and it MUST be turned on at all times during the session. All sessions will be recorded as required by the Maryland Real Estate Commission. A desktop or laptop is recommended and you should be in a learning environment away from distractions for the best possible learning experience. Once you register, additional information, materials, and a link to the meeting will be emailed to you prior to the event. Maryland REALTORS® is not responsible for any technology/internet issues you may encounter. For those attending in person, please arrive early to check in. Class starts promptly at 8:30 a.m. Classes are held at Maryland REALTORS®, 200 Harry S. Truman Parkway, 1st Floor, Annapolis, MD 21401.
All Transfer requests must be received in writing. A non-refundable $25 transfer fee will be charged for each transfer request.
All Cancellation requests must be in writing. Written cancellation requests will be accepted through 4:00 p.m. the day preceding each module. No refunds will be given for cancellations made the day of or after the module. Requests for refunds due to extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis by Lisa Haynes and must be received in writing within 10 days after the module starts.
