Newly Licensed CE Renewal Course

Maryland REALTORS^® is offering the Newly Licensed CE Renewal classes ONLINE (via Zoom) for FREE for all members of Maryland REALTORS^®!

These courses are required for newly licensed agents (licensed after 10/1/2023) for their first license renewal.

Agents who were licensed before 9/30/2023 may take these courses for elective credit.

Registration will close on August 3rd!

August 4th, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM Contracts for Newly Licensed (Topic "J", 3 Hours)
August 6th, 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM Financing for Newly Licensed (Topic "O", 1.5 Hours)
August 6th, 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM Professionalism for Newly Licensed (Topic "N", 1.5 Hours)
August 11th, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM Property Management for Newly Licensed Agents (Topic "M", 3 Hours)
August 13th, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM Brokerage Relationships and Disclosures (Topic "H", 3 Hours)
August 18th, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM Principles of Real Estate for Newly Licensed Agents (Topic "L", 3 Hours)
