Debra Friedman is the managing partner of Friedman & Friedman, LLC, where she provides counsel to clients in the areas of real estate transactions, small business matters and commercial finance. Ms. Friedman’s practice also includes the representation of national, regional and community financial institutions in commercial loan transactions, including: acquisition, development and financing; asset-based lending; and construction to permanent loans.

Rich Green is a 42 year veteran of the mortgage industry and currently serves as sales manager with Presidential Bank Mortgage, a direct lender in 48 states that is based in Bethesda. He was previously a sales manager at National City Mortgage for 9 years.

Jonelle Ocloo, the founder and managing attorney for The Law Offices of Jonelle Ocloo, LLC (LOJO), she concentrates her practice in all areas of immigration law.  Ms. Ocloo represents individuals and corporate clients in all immigration matters. She frequently speaks at national seminars on immigration law and guest lectures at law schools. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar, and Past Chair of the Immigration Law Section of the Maryland State Bar Association.

Jackie Talpa is an experienced trainer and presenter for national and state associations on topics such as global business, foreign exchange, business ethics, and international sales strategies. She is also Business Development Manager with Tempus and travels around the United States bringing awareness and introducing tools to navigate the volatile foreign exchange market by helping organizations gain a competitive edge for international growth.
