Maryland REALTORS® supports all segments of its membership and their specialties. Through collective efforts with local boards/associations and the National Association of REALTORS®, Maryland REALTORS® develops and delivers programs, services and related products that maintain and elevate the high standards of the real estate business and the professional conduct of its practitioners. Maryland REALTORS® also serves the real estate community in other ways that promote the practice of the real estate business, the right to own, transfer and use real property and protect the right of members to conduct business within a framework of fair and reasonable laws and governmental regulations. In principle and in practice, Maryland REALTORS® values and seeks diversity and inclusive participation within the field of real estate and recognizes each member as a unique individual.
The Commercial Symposium is designed to further the Association’s mission by offering a program that will increase the knowledge of commercial focused members and provide them with the tools to elevate the practice and professionalism of their real estate businesses. By providing these valuable benefits to commercial real estate practitioners, Maryland REALTORS® hopes to demonstrate its value proposition to this segment of its membership.
The Commercial Symposium is an annual one-day educational seminar for Maryland real estate agents to get up-to-the-minute information on the hottest local commercial real estate developments and trends. Morning and afternoon sessions will be submitted for Maryland Continuing Education credits. Commercial real estate agents in the metropolitan area consider this a must-attend event. Last year’s event sold out at approximately 200 attendees. We are expecting even more attendees at this year’s event. These are the “movers and shakers” in the commercial real estate industry.
The 2020 symposium will now be held on April 29, 2021 at: Live! Hotel & Casino7002 Arundel Mills Circle #7777, Hanover, MD 21076
