The Grievance Committee examines ethics complaints and arbitration requests to determine if, taken as true on their face, a professional standards hearing is warranted. Committee members are assigned to three-person panels as needed.
The Grievance Committee holds one meeting per year, or as needed. All committee members are required to attend annual Professional Standards training.
Participation on a grievance panel is on an as-needed basis.
Committee meetings may be attended in person or virtually. All grievance panels meet virtually.
