Issues Mobilization

Description

Evaluates issue mobilization requests presented by Maryland REALTORS® or local REALTOR® Boards and Associations to determine whether they will effectively promote REALTOR® policy.  Determines whether Maryland REALTORS® should fund or participate in an issues mobilization effort.  Sets criteria that Maryland REALTORS® and local Boards and Associations must meet to access Issue Mobilization funds.  Provides oversight to issue mobilization efforts initiated by Maryland REALTORS®.  Sets policy and procedures for reviewing and managing requests.
