Public Policy Committee

Description

Develops Maryland REALTORS® policy on issues impacting the practice of real estate, homeownership, and housing supply and affordability in both the legislative and regulatory arenas. The Committee recommends future legislative initiatives for adoption by the Executive Committee. It is composed of brokers, office managers and active practitioners who are knowledgeable on developments in the real estate industry and state housing market.

Meetings

Four meetings per year, generally April, June, August, and September on the first Thursday of the month at 1pm and lasting two hours.
