Classes will currently be run virtually through the Zoom platform from 9:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. each day with an exam immediately following the second day of the module (at the completion of a module). You MUST attend both sessions per module to receive credit. NO partial attendance accepted. A photo ID will be required to enter the meeting. You must have a camera on your device, and it MUST be turned on at all times during the session. All sessions will be recorded as required by the Maryland Real Estate Commission. A desktop or laptop is recommended and you should be in a learning environment away from distractions for the best possible learning experience. Once you register, additional information, materials, and a link to the meeting will be emailed to you prior to the event. Maryland Realtors is not responsible for any technology/internet issues you may encounter.
NOTICE: Students are required to bring with them and have a working knowledge of a financial calculator. Calculator must have Present Value, Number, Interest, Payment, Future Value functions. Recommended calculators are HP 12C and HP 10BII.
All Transfer requests must be received in writing. A non-refundable $25 transfer fee will be charge for each transfer request.
All Cancellation requests must be in writing. Written cancellation requests will be accepted through 4:00 p.m. the day preceding each module. All paid tuition, less a $25 Cancellation fee and/or Transfer fee, will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made the day of or after the module. (Requests for refund consideration due to extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis and must be received in writing within 10 days after module start date.) Cancellation requests will be handled only through the office which handled your registration.
