Class runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. with an exam immediately following the session. Please arrive early to check-in. Class starts promptly at 8:30 a.m. Classes will be held at Maryland REALTORS®, 200 Harry S. Truman Parkway, First Floor, Annapolis, MD 21401. Photo ID required.
All Transfer requests must be received in writing. A non-refundable $25 transfer fee will be charge for each transfer request.
All Cancellation requests must be in writing. Written cancellation requests will be accepted through 4:00 p.m. the day preceding each module. All paid tuition, less a $25 Cancellation fee and/or Transfer fee, will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made the day of or after the module. (Requests for refund consideration due to extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis and must be received in writing within 10 days after module start date.) Cancellation requests will be handled only through the office which handled your registration.
