What must I disclose if the first contact between a buyer’s agent and an unrepresented seller/lessor is not a face-to-face?

If the first contact with an unrepresented seller/lessor is not face-to-face, the buyer’s agent shall disclose through medium in which contact occurred that the buyer’s agent represents the buyer.Not later than the first scheduled face-to-face contact with the unrepresented seller/lessor, the buyer’s agent must provide the unrepresented seller/lessor with a copy of the Understanding Whom Real Estate Agents Represent form so that the unrepresented seller/lessor can acknowledge that the agent represents the buyer.
