What must I disclose if the first contact between a seller’s agent or subagent and an unrepresented buyer/lessee is not face-to-face?

If the first contact with an unrepresented buyer/lessee is not face-to-face, the seller’s agent or subagent shall disclose through medium in which contact occurred that the seller’s agent or subagent works for the seller.Not later than the first scheduled face-to-face contact with the unrepresented buyer/lessee, the seller’s agent or subagent must provide the unrepresented buyer with a copy of the Understanding Whom Real Estate Agents Represent form so that the unrepresented buyer/lessee can acknowledge that the seller’s agent or subagent represents the seller.
