EXPANDED ELIGIBILITY FOR MAKING HOME AFFORDABLE REFINANCING TO 125% LTV | 07/02/2009 | U.S. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan announced an expansion of the Obama Administration's Home Affordable Refinance Program to include participation by borrowers who are current but up to 125 percent underwater on their mortgage. Under authorization provided by the Federal Housing Finance Agency, borrowers whose mortgages are currently owned or guaranteed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will now be allowed to refinance those loans up to 125% LTV, according to the terms of the Home Affordable Refinance program established earlier this year.

NEW FORMS AVAILABLE | 05/22/2009 | The Passage of HB 287 Requires that We Modify the MAR Condominium Forms Effective June 1, 2009.
The following MAR condominium forms have been modified: (1) the Condominium Resale Notice; (2) the Resale of Condominium Acknowledgement; and (3) the Condominium Resale Disclosure/Transmittal of Documents.
New “Statement About Tenancy” Form Now Available
The “Statement About Tenancy” form is to be used if a tenancy agreement is included in the contract of sale or transfer of a “residence in default.”
