POLICIES regarding Registration for a MAR offered Series: Understand the rules and regulations governing the MAR GRI program before you commit to take any GRI class.
MAR Policies are as follows (please note: each individual association/board operates independently of one another and of MAR. You will be obligated to follow the rules of the location of your GRI classes.)
ALL LOCAL SPONSORED/MAR COURSES - ATTENDANCE POLICY:
Class will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. Students arriving late will be disqualified from receiving Continuing Education credit for that class/segment.
MAR PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment in full is required to guarantee a seat in the GRI module of your choice. An early bird discount is avaiable to those who register more than two weeks out from the start of the program.

FULL SERIES INDIVIDUAL MODULE
Member - $325.00 early bird $85.00 early bird
$345.00 regular $105.00 regular
GRI Graduate (Does NOT apply to Series 400) - $195.00 early bird $40.00 early bird
$215.00 regular $60.00 regular
Non-Member - $650.00 $170.00
Once classroom space for any course of the REALTOR® Institute Program has been filled, registrations for the course will be accepted on a waitlist basis only. Should space become available, notification will be made as promptly as possible prior to the day of class.
MAR TRANSFERS, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
All Tranfer requests must be received in writing.�A non-refundable $25 transfer fee will be charge for each transfer request.
All Cancellation requests must be in writing. Written cancellation requests will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. 5 days preceding each module. All paid tuition, less a $25 Cancellation fee and/or Transfer fee, will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the start of the first class. (Requests for refund consideration due to extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis and must be received in writing within 15 days after module start date.) Cancellation requests will be handled only through the office which handled your registration.
