MAR Course Offerings

MAR will conduct the following GRI Series at:

MAR TUITION:  Payment in full is required to guarantee a seat in the GRI module of your choice.  An early bird discount applies to those who register more than two weeks from the start of the program.  Those who register less than 2 weeks prior to the event will be charged regular tuition.

Once classroom space for any course of the REALTOR® Institute Program has been filled, registrations for the course will be accepted on a waitlist basis only. Should space become available, notification will be made as promptly as possible prior to the day of class.

Please read "What Every Licensee Should Know About Real Estate Continuing Education" developed by the Maryland Real Estate Commission. 

 MAR TRANSFERS, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
All Tranfers requests must be received in writing.  A non-refundable $25 transfer fee will be charge for each transfer request. 
All Cancelation requests must be in writing.  Written cancelation requests will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. 5 days preceding each module. All paid tuition, less a $25 Cancelation fee and/or Transfer fee, will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancelations made less than 5 days prior to the start of the first class. (Requests for refund consideration due to extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis and must be received in writing within 15 days after module start date.) Cancelation requests will be handled only through the office which handled your registration.

PLEASE NOTE THESE POLICIES ARE FOR MAR OFFERED SERIES ONLY.  POLICIES VARY FOR SERIES HELD AT LOCAL BOARDS/ASSOCIATIONS.  PLEASE CONTACT THE LOCAL BOARD/ASSOCIATION FOR THEIR POLICIES DIRECTLY.

To register for the full Series and/or individual module, please click on the full Series link and then select any individual modules needed.  If the print is dimmed, the Series/Module is no longer available.  Series 100, 200 & 300 can be taken in any order.  To achieve the designation, Series 100, 200 & 300 must be completed within 5 years of starting the program.

You will receive confirmation of your registration.  Should you not receive confirmation, please contact MAR to confirm your registration was received and class availability.
