The Maryland Association of REALTORS has available a leadership training program which enhances the skills of those interested in furthering their leadership skills. The program is first and foremost a personal development program that will benefit participants in their daily lives, either at the firm level, through participation in their REALTOR organizations or through any community organizations or associations. Building strong leaders for tomorrow will help ensure our industry and communities are prepared for the challenges ahead.
The program consists of 7 education sessions, held monthly, starting in October. All applications are due by August 1st. Each session is held in Annapolis, at the MAR building. The program concludes in April with a Recognition Ceremony where participants will be honored by state and national leaders.
A limited number of sponsorships are available to those firms and businesses who recognize the need and benefit of encouraging those interested in making a difference. MAR's local boards/associations sponsor the program as well.
