Carlton Boujai assumes the office of President of the Maryland Association of REALTORS® (MAR) on October 1, the association announced. Boujai, a 25-year real estate professional, is an agent with Exit Realty Prosperity Group in Frederick MD. Boujai was formally installed at the MAR Annual Conference in Ocean City, Maryland.
Boujai launched his real estate career after a two-decade military career as a MedEvac helicopter pilot. After graduating from A&T University in Greensboro, NC with a degree in business administration while still serving in the military, he worked as a patient administrator in military hospitals, retiring in 1990 as a major.
